Coach down to Brixton Topcats

Coventry Crusaders Basketball Club is putting on a coach for fans to travel down to London for their game with the in-form Brixton Topcats on Sunday 28 November, tip off 4.00pm.

There are around 30 spaces to fill on the 52-seater coach, which will be leaving the Coventry Sports & Leisure Centre in Fairfax Street at 12.00pm on the Sunday.

The total cost of travel and admission into the game is £12 per person.

It’s an exciting time to be following the Coventry Crusaders as new head coach Roger Payne puts the finishing touches to a squad of 15 that he wants challenging in the top five of National League Division One this season.

Only two players remain from last year’s side that finished in eighth place: Simon Payne and Kane Hudson. The shock signing of fomer England Basketball forward Pierre Henry-Fontaine has also sent out a message to league rivals that the Crusaders mean business.
