Coventry Crusaders' away game with Derby Trailblazers
on Saturday evening was postponed due to the dangerous weather
conditions.
Crusaders assistant coach Marcus Garvey did express
his concern about the weather prior to the trip to the Moorways Sports
Complex. A new date for the fixture is yet to be announced.
Roger Payne's men now won't have a chance to bounce
back from the dramatic 79-80 defeat to Reading until they host Leeds
Carnegie on Saturday 8 January at 7:30pm at the Coventry Sports &
Leisure Centre.
It is the second time this season that a game has
fallen foul to the weather - the other being the home fixture against
Manchester Magic on Saturday 4 December, which has now been rescheduled
for Sunday 16 January 2011, time TBC.
The Under 18s' game at Ilkeston Outlaws was also
postponed. Alvin Scott's side return to action on Saturday 8 January at
Derby Trailblazers, tip-off is 12:00pm at Noel Baker School.
