Hall and his team-mates goes into Saturday's home game with London Leopards with just one win in seven league games, yet it could have been all so different in the last three where Crusaders have just fallen short at the death.

After single-digit losses to Reading and Leeds at the Coventry Sports Centre, the latest disappointment came at PAWS London Capitals last Saturday when Coventry missed seven uncontested lay-ups to lose a five point lead.

And as the 30-year-old former Birmingham A's player rightly pointed out, the side need to learn quickly that there is a fine line between victory and defeat.

Listen to Robin Hall chat about what the team needs to do to get that elusive win, and what he brings to the team.

"With the experience we've got we should be sealing the game at the end" admitted Hall. "Whether it's nerves or it could still be that we're trying to find our feet as we've never played together before."

"They're close games, it's not like we're getting blown out every week by 20 or 30 points. They're one-pointers or a couple of baskets and we will get them wins and we will go on a roll."

"We're still trying to find out what each other can do and who we need to get the ball to, and I think if we can get that next win and break this losing cycle then we'll definitely beat these teams that we're losing to."

Hall also echoed his coach Payne's message that the players must forget about the run that they're on and start relaxing more in order to get off the bottom of the National League Division One table.

"We've got to plug together as a team because it's a tough time at the moment. It's not fun for anyone to be losing but we've got to get that enjoyment back into our games and trust in each other.  Whoever goes on the court has got to give 100 per cent whether they're on for two minutes of the whole game."
