 Sportsmatch is the governments business incentive for sport. It is
designed to improve the quality and the quantity of business sponsorship of grass roots
sport in particular by:
- Introducing new businesses to grass roots sponsorship
- Encouraging sponsors of major events to extend their
involvement into the grass roots
- Existing sponsors of grass roots sport to increase their
support
