What does the Academy do?

Offer a fun and safe environment for players of all ages to realise their full potential.

 

Develop activities to support the club and the players

 

Provide training and competition at the appropriate levels

 

Develop players from absolute beginners to those able to play in competition

 

Signpost players to further opportunities

Who is it for?

The academy welcomes players from the age of 6 who are interested in the sport of wheelchair basketball. 

Able bodied players are also welcome. 

Sports wheelchairs are available to players who are involved in training or competition.

Where and when do we do it?

We play on a Thursday night at Woodlands School Broad Lane Coventry from September to July each year

&   New and junior players 6.00pm – 7.30pm

&   Improving players and national league teams 7.30pm – 9.00pm

How do I get involved?

Contact our development manager, Paul Claridge on 0773 777 4255 and arrange to come to either one of our training sessions or one of the taster sessions held around the area.
