Crusaders maintained their unbeaten home record with yet another win, this time against Northampton’s Phoenix Flyers

Stalwart of the Flyers offense was M Goodrich who hit 13 of their points.  Ably supported by C Dabbs on 6, C Styles on 5 and key ball mover Nicky Vanderstern with 1, flyers made a late drive in the last quarter which just failed to take the game into overtime.

Crusaders stamped their authority in the 2^nd quarter with a 14 v 7 score for the quarter.

Yet again the junior members of the squad proved strong in defence whilst Sahial, Sho, Paul and Carl kept the scoring pressure going for the first 3 quarters, although the Flyers managed to keep them all quiet in the last quarter with Crusaders taking just 2 baskets.

Crusaders now sit 4^th in their league with 4 games in hand over the top 3.

The next game is away at Wolverhampton on 28 March.
